1 Introduction & Acceptance of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 95pk platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("User", "you"). By accessing this site, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have given your full consent to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register on the 95pk platform and enjoy its services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must have an active mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name.

2.1 Registration Process

During account registration you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and any other required information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being suspended or closed at any time, and any earned balance may be forfeited.

95pk reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3 Account Management & Security

Maintaining the security of your 95pk account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.

3.1 Account Security Guidelines

• Use a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password regularly and do not use the same password across multiple sites.
• Do not share your login credentials with family or friends.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on the 95pk platform are conducted entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned, or the associated account may be placed under review. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed due to technical issues or verification requirements.

If any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal request may be rejected. See Section 5 below for detailed bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

95pk offers various types of bonuses and promotional benefits. Each bonus has its own terms, and it is important to read and understand them fully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players at 95pk can join our VIP Program. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on your regular participation and activity. 95pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the VIP Program terms at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits unfairly or systematically (such as creating multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or concerted play) may result in account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

The 95pk platform offers casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other entertainment games. Each game has its own rules, which must be read before starting.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

6.2 Technical Issues

All bets are subject to the final result, and if an event is cancelled or suspended, the related bets will be reviewed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95pk platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, such as using software bots, automated scripts, or hacking methods.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or managing others' betting in a professional capacity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in games or the system.
• Engaging in unethical or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Assisting individuals under 18 or 21 years of age in creating an account.
• Republishing any platform content in violation of copyright.
